Our shared accommodation packages are designed to give you the opportunity to come to EGSW and stay in whatever standard of accommodation that you want, but without having to take on the cost of whole apartment or a single occupancy hotel room.<\/p>\n

The Shared Accommodation Package is available for singles, couples or groups and offers a saving of in excess of 100\u20ac per person in comparison to booking a specific apartment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you take these packages we arrange for you to share the accommodation of your choice with other guests who also wish to stay in the same standard of accommodation. If you are a group of between 4 and 6 people, booking the shared accommodation package, you should be allocated your own private apartment.<\/p>\n

All categories and standards of accommodation<\/strong> are available in the Accommodation Sharer Programme.<\/p>\n

From 5-star to 2-star self-catering apartments<\/strong> or from 5-star to 3-star hotel rooms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The accommodation will be located in self catering studios or apartments in one of our Residence or Hotels. Approximately 10 days before the event we will let you know where you are staying in the resort.<\/b><\/p>\n

You can book the Accommodation Sharer Programme as a single traveller<\/b>, a couple<\/b>, or a small party<\/b>. If you make different bookings for your party, simply quote the booking reference of the original booking to link them together. You will be allocated in the same accommodation depending on capacity and availability.<\/p>\n

Bed Allocation<\/h5>\n

Subject to availability, couples are allocated double beds. Some double beds may be convertible sofa beds in living areas. There is no guarantee of bed allocation.<\/p>\n

Double beds will be allocated to couples, and the single beds to individuals, who have booked the shared accommodation packages and all beds in the apartment will be occupied.<\/p>\n

Arrival, check-in, deposit and keys<\/h5>\n

Some apartments may only have two keys regardless<\/strong> of the number of guests. We put you in contact and you must make arrangements for arrival<\/strong> and for the week.<\/p>\n

Each guest has to go to the rental agency to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>check-in<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>and pay their share of the deposit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Self-catering apartments require a damage and cleaning deposit<\/strong>. The deposit is split equally between all occupants. Occupants are responsible for the condition of the apartment when it is handed back at check-out. The deposit maybe retained in case of damage of cleanliness issues.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/p>\n

By Booking the shared accommodation package, you are agreeing that we communicate your phone\u00a0 number and email address to other guests you are sharing with in order to arrange your arrival and check-in.<\/em><\/p>\n

All guests have to visit the rental agency to pay for their own share of the deposit. The final set of keys will only be given when the deposit is fully paid.<\/em><\/p>\n

How the Shared Accommodation packages work<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n

<\/span><\/i> Single Travellers<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

If you are a group of more than four people, the first four people need to book<\/strong> as set out in the appropriate tab then once the first four have completed their booking, then the other members of your group proceed and make their bookings quoting the booking reference<\/strong> of the first person in your group who booked, in the box provided.<\/p>\n

If there is up to seven of you, we will, if there is an apartment of that size available, arrange for you all to share one apartment. However this cannot be guaranteed and your group may be split between two apartments with some of you sharing with people from outside your group.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/i> Couples<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

If you book as a couple you will be sharing a double bed<\/strong>*1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The particular room in the apartment that you will be allocated will depend on which room is equipped with the double bed, however it will be just you sleeping in that area<\/strong>*2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The additional empty places will be allocated most likely to other people who have booked the standard of accommodation and package as you.<\/p>\n

If you are two or three people either make one booking between you<\/strong> or book individually quoting the booking reference<\/strong> of the first person who booked in the box provided, then you will be put in the same apartment or room*3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/i> 4 Friends<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Sharing places are allocated on a first come first served basis until the accommodation is fully occupied<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Studios & Apartments Keys<\/h5>\n

Some apartments will only have 2 keys available for the guests, regardless of the number of people staying in the apartment, in these circumstances all arrangements regarding the keys and access to the apartment must be made between the occupants of the apartment. We will provide the contact details of your fellow sharers in advance of the trip.<\/p>\n

Visitors Tax<\/h5>\n

There is a visitors tax of between 0.70\u20ac and 3\u20ac per person per night and a damage deposit which will be payable in the resort direct to your accommodation provider. The occupants of the apartments are responsible for confirming with their residence the individual conditions that apply. Cleaning charges will be deducted from your deposit if these conditions are not met.<\/p>\n

* – All shared accommodation package rates increase in line with the event pass rates.
\n<\/em>*1 – Subject to availability, if a double bed is not available you may be allocated two single beds. Please be aware in some apartments the double beds may be sofa beds.
\n<\/em>*2 – In some instances the double bed may be located in the living room
\n<\/em>*3 – Subject to availability
\n<\/em>*4 – If your group books as two couples or there are two couples within a group booking, it is very unlikely that you will be sharing the same apartment as most apartments only have one double bed.<\/em><\/small><\/p>\n
